We currently offer digital proofs to food menus, bar menus, and welcome signs. Products that are sent digital proofs will be noted in the description section of the listing.

1) A digital proof will be sent to your email within 72 hours (EXCLUDES weekends). Remember to check your spam/ junk folder.

2) You will have 48 hours to respond back.

​

3) You can make up to TWO changes. Any additional changes will incur in a design fee that will be required to be paid before production begins.

​

4) If you have not responded after 48 hours, we will assume that you have approved the design and we will go ahead with production. 

 

5) Once production has begun, you will not be able to make any amendments or cancellations.

NOTE:

Our processing time is from the date we receive your approval email, NOT from the date your order is placed. We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance of your event to account for any delays along the way.
