  • What are your turnaround times?
    Current turnaround times are posted in the banner at the top of the page and the footer of the page in 'Shipping & Returns'. Allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping once you have received an order dispatch notice via email. Please note that delivery times may vary and are out of our control after dispatch.
  • How long does shipping take?
    1-5 business days. Shipping times may vary. Expect longer shipping times during peak seasons such as Christmas. Please take our production time and postage time into consideration before ordering.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We only ship within United States at the moment. Shipping internationally is something that we would love to do in future.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We don't accept returns as our items are handmade to order. If you item is faulty, please contact us immediately. Refer to 'Shipping & Returns' at the bottom of the website for more information.
  • How can I personalize an item?
    Most of our items are personalizable/ semi-custom. Where applicable, you will have the option to choose/ enter your personalization on the product page.
  • Do you provide digital mock-ups?
    We offer digital mock-ups for items that require more detailed designs. Where required, this will be mentioned in the product listing. You will have 2 free changes/ edits to the mock-up. Any further changes/ edits will incur in additional design fees. Any edits/ approval delays may result in the delay of processing and shipping time. See footer for more information on Digital Proofs.
  • Do you offer rush order services?
    Generally we don't offer rush order services. If you require an item by a certain date please contact us BEFORE ordering and we can try accommodate as best we can. Additional fees may apply.
  • Can I add to my order after placing it?
    Once an order has been placed we have no way of editing it. A new order must be placed.
  • I found a typo/ misspelling/ incorrect details after placing an order. Can you change it?
    If you find typos, misspellings or incorrect details in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. ​Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. We do not offer returns, refunds or replacements if you have found the error after delivery.
