PERSONALIZATION & DIGITAL PROOF
- I will copy your personalization as ordered. Ensure all spelling, grammar, dates, etc. are correct.
- A digital proof of your personalisation will be emailed within 72 hours after purchase. Please check your email (including junk mail) for this. Work will not start until digital proof has been approved.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

1) A digital proof will be sent to your email within 72 hours (EXCLUDES weekends). Remember to check your spam/ junk folder.
2) You will then have 48 hours to respond back.
3) You can make up to two changes. Any additional changes will incur in a design fee that will be required to be paid before production begins.
4) If you have not responded after 48 hours, I will assume that you have approved the design and I will go ahead with production.
5) Once production has begun, you will not be able to make any amendments or cancellations.
NOTE:
Our processing time is from the date we receive your approval email, NOT from the date your order is placed.
We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance of your event to account for any delays along the way.
