DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY

1. DOMESTIC CARRIERS & DELIVERY

1.1 All orders are dispatched via a courier service or Royal Mail. Order requiring expediting will incur an additional fee.

1.2 We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

1.3 Free standard delivery on orders over £50 in a single transaction after any discounts or gift vouchers.

1.4 Estimated delivery time is separate to estimated production time. Please refer to estimated production times here.

1.5 Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. INCORRECT ADDRESS

2.1 If at checkout you enter the incorrect address Everli Studio is not held responsible for the loss or delay of the parcel. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure all lines of the address are correct. 

2.2 If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address being supplied, the costs associated with correcting the address and re-shipping the item are the responsibility of the buyer.

2.2 Everli Studio will not refund nor replace orders with incorrect postal addresses, nor will we send to a different address, other than what is on the order at checkout. 

3. LATE DELIVERY

3.1 In the event that there is a delay - delays with Royal Mail, weather related delays or delays caused by a third-party - we cannot be held responsible on behalf of the carrier.

 

3.2. Please understand that there may be delayed deliveries during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas period).

 

3.3 Royal Mail will not investigate missing or delayed parcels until the 10th postal day after posting. After the 10th postal day we can then carry out an investigation. We will not refund or replace orders until a full investigation has been carried out. 

 

3.4 We are not to be held responsible or refund on orders that do not arrive in time of the date needed. 

 

4. DAMAGED DELIVERY DURING TRANSIT

4.1 Whilst every effort is made to package your order safely, Everli Studio cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur whilst your order is in transit.

4.2 If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we may file a claim with the corresponding shipping service. We will arrange a replacement. Please hold onto the damaged item(s) and packaging in case the shipping provider requires a pick up for further inspection.

4.3 Replacement items will be sent using the same shipping method. If your order requires expediting, there will be an additional fee.

4.4 Please confirm the address entered at checkout matches your delivery address as that will be the address we will deliver to.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1.1 CUSTOM/ PERSONALISED/ MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

1.1 ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

1.2 Personalised orders will be produced exactly as ordered. It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly review spellings and dates before ordering. No refunds or replacements will be given to orders with typos, misspellings or incorrect details.

1.3 If the buyer finds a typo, misspelling or incorrect details with their order, please contact us immediately. 

1.4 Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or cancelled (see Cancellation Policy).

1.5 All listed items are made-to-order; therefore are non-returnable. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us immediately.

 

2. INCORRECT APPLICATION/ DAMAGED ITEM BY RECEIVER AFTER DELIVERY

2.1 Everli Studio is not liable for any items that are incorrectly applied or damaged at the fault of the customer after delivery. 

2.2 Refunds and replacements will not be given in this case.

3. DISCOUNT CODES/ GIFT VOUCHERS

3.1 Discount codes and vouchers must be used at the time of ordering. We cannot issue discounts or refunds on an order that had already been placed. 

3.2 Any refunds will be issued minus the value of the discount. 

4. SALE ITEMS

4.1 All sale items are final sale.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of the products and most products being made to your specification we offer a 24 hour cooling off period in which, if need be, you can cancel your order. After this time we are unable to cancel any items from your order and will proceed to production.
