- Table numbers: the quantity you add to your cart will be equal to the quantity of table numbers e.g. if you order a quantity of 16, you will receive table numbers from 1 through 16.
- I will copy your personalisation EXACTLY as ordered. Please ensure all spelling and grammar are correct.
- Digital proof will be sent to your email within 72 hours (excluding weekends). Approval is required before I can start any work.

- Handle with care when unpacking, assembling and cleaning
- Gently wipe with lint-free cloth
- Do not use detergent or alcohol based products on this product
1) A digital proof will be sent to your email within 72 hours (EXCLUDES weekends). Remember to check your spam/ junk folder.
2) You will then have 48 hours to respond back.
3) You can make up to two changes. Any additional changes will incur in a design fee that will be required to be paid before production begins.
4) If you have not responded after 48 hours, I will assume that you have approved the design and I will go ahead with production.
5) Once production has begun, you will not be able to make any amendments or cancellations.
NOTE:
Our processing time is from the date we receive your approval email, NOT from the date your order is placed.
We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance of your event to account for any delays along the way.
